Christmas Raffles
Over the course of next week, we will be doing a range raffles on our Facebook page.

Please look out for them!
If you have anything at home, you would like to donate for our raffles please let a member of the team know as these would be greatly received.
All proceeds from all our fund raising will be going towards the Stars and Sparkles charity which will be providing Christmas gifts to selected families in or community.
Santa and Christmas parties 
Unfortunately, due to COVID we cannot have Santa come to the nursery this year or have a Christmas party. We are planning a Christmas disco on Thursday 17th December and Friday 18th December.
All children are welcome to wear Christmas jumpers, party outfits for this occasion.
Reindeer food
We will be selling reindeer food for you to purchase in the setting from next week. These will be £1 a bag to buy.
All proceeds will go to our Stars and Sparkles charity appeal.
Reminders!
- Please can we remind you we are a nut free setting which means that the children cannot consume anything with nuts in.
- Please can we also ask that children are dressed adequately for the weather especially with the cold weather now.
- Please can we ask that children do not bring other foods in with them apart from their own lunch. There have been a few children bring chewing gum recently to give to their friends this is something that cannot be allowed for choking and dietary requirements.
Staff news
We would like to congratulate Chloe on passing her Level 3 apprenticeship with us! We are so proud of Chloe and her achievement!!
Unfortunately, we will be saying goodbye to Julie at the end of the term as she is going to change her career. We would like to wish Julie all the best and send her lots of love in her future.
Christmas cards and presents
A few parents have asked about buying gifts for practitioners for Christmas, this is fine however we do have to isolate them for 72 hours.
We also have card list in the foyer which a member of staff can provide should you wish to send Christmas cards with your children this year. Again, we need to isolate these for 72 hours due to Covid.
Diary Dates
11th December- Christmas jumper day
18th December- last session of the year! Nursery will close at 12:30 prompt. (end of term)
4th January 2021- Nursery reopens.
Christmas Jumpers
We will be participating in Christmas jumper day next Friday 11th December.
Children can dress in their festive wear for a small donation.
