Bright Stars Day Nursery on Park Road, opened in 2008 as an Ofsted registered 52 place nursery. We cater for children aged 3 months to 5 years within a home from home environment. The setting has an extensive garden area which includes a Forest School. The Forest School offers every child inspirational learning and opportunities for holistic growth through regular sessions. “I started my career in childcare over 20 years ago and joined the Stars Day Nurseries team in 2017. I am level 3 qualified and the safeguarding lead for my nursery. In the future I will be study for my level 4 qualification. I and absolutely love to see the children thrive in their development and love supporting my families. My team and I share the same commitment and passion to ensure high standards of care and education for children. We love nothing more than creating awe and wonder for each child everyday”

Aspirational Curriculum
Here at Bright Stars Day Nursery we have a unique ASPIRE curriculum inspired by the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum in the UK. We focus on five key elements that contribute to the healthy development of any child: Learn, Achieve, Protect, Develop and be Ready for the next life stages.
We offer a wide range of play-based activities with a focus on developing your child’s essential life skills, including broadening speech development and vocabulary. With a mix of outdoor and indoor sessions we also give your children a chance to interact with the local community to develop their social interaction and communication.
Our educational aspects focus on broadening speech development, vocabulary, introducing basic maths and learning about nature and the environment.
We nurture and inspire with a wide variety of fun, play-based activities. From messy play, music and rhythm to phonic practice and movement.
