Nuzhat
Hi, my name is Nuzhat and have worked here at Shining Stars for 7 years. As a passionate, committed and experienced Early years professional, I love working with children and enjoy contributing to their development with all my experiences and knowledge. I have been recognised for my work in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN Support) and was nominated for the Nasen Awards in 2018.
I like to ensure that the children in my setting have a sense of belonging which helps to protect children against mental health problems and improve their learning which should always be engaging and interesting.
I believe “Every child is unique and therefore their Education should be also”

Aspirational Curriculum
With 20 years of experience, we are passionate about improving children’s learning within the diverse community within which we operate. That’s why we operate using our unique ASPIRE curriculum to ensure high standards are met following Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Guidance (DfE, 2023).
Our ASPIRE framework focuses on the core concepts of: Learn, Achieve, Protect, Develop and be Ready. By following these 5 main strands, we strive for our children to prepare for their next stage in life as confident, positive and curious individuals.
Each child will be given a key person who will closely work with your child on all aspects of their development. We firmly believe parents/carers should have a voice, therefore communication and feedback is a strong focus at Shining Stars Pre-School Garton End Road.
